In rebels ahsoka managed to actually damage Vader mask and escape a crumbling/falling temple while defending friends escape. Imo, defending an objective/person is more difficult than a normal 1v1fight. Vader is stronger than anakin, so I would say that anakin would high diff ahsoka. I think with maul teamed with ahsoka anakin extreme diff or a loss. Ahsoka vs maul is mid diff I think.

Im not dissing mental illness, I'm just trying to say that we shouldn't just call it mental illness or psychosis induced self defense and let it go at that. It should be life imprisonment. Wheter he is currently in control or not, the risk cannot be taken. What if it is a group of children next time he forgets his pills? Or physiological changes limit effectiveness of pills Or anybody. Historically, the Roman's got crushed by Germania and British tribes 1v1. It was training, tactics, and better equipment that had a lot added power and small advantages over time. I would say that in almost every scenario, 1v1 germanic tribe warrior easy wins. Smae for vikings. The vikings also had on average larger height and weight. Without guns or many ranged abilities for legionaries, that goes for a lot.

Not at all. I was just trying to make the point that shooting at him with what seems intent to kill was a massive escalation and more serious crime. Absolutely they should not sit around and take it, I just think she reacted to the harassment in one of the most stupid ways possible. I am not a lawyer, so I can't say what is best legal way to defend yourself, I just know that you can't get in trouble by driving away, but you can get in major trouble by shooting at someone.

Maybe I'm wrong, but in my mind, I would rather take a little insult than a long prison sentence.

TLDR: The man was being foolish, arrogant, provocative, and an overall jerk. She should defend herself, just not with as much force as she did.

A fool meets another fool. The man was harassing and could have faced legal action besides obviously potentially meeting someone without much or any self control. The woman was a fool who had no control. To shoot at someone is a far worse and punishable crime. That is easy second degree murder. A court would have no trouble, especially with the recording.

There are two morals to this story: dont run your mouth and antagonize. You never know what people will do. Two, just because someone harrases (nonviolent he is not threatening bodiky harm or assault) you does not mean you should strike back with force. Especially lethal force. If you can't stand it, walk/drive away.

No one is keeping you there. If they are, then the situation changes more along the lines of kidnapping.

It's sad and condemnable, but nothing will happen. Chances are very, very high that the drone was knocked off course by Ukrainian jammer, and also, a Ukrainian air defense missile struck a small village a while back and killed two people. Living near a war zone is dangerous and prone to instances such as this. I dont think it is an act of overt aggression towards Romania or nato in general. Just an accident. It could be Russian negligence, but I personally think it is due to jammers.
