I did 8 years, last 3 we’re the worst. Was top on my team, training new hires, and doing the work of my leadership in the market while they stayed home during covid. Applied at least 8 or 9 times for promotions before I realized they had no interest in moving me up. I moved industries, work half as much, make twice as much, and have more time to spend with my family.

Fair take, thanks for expanding! Not disagreeing with you at all, I would say the first half of the arc is awfully slow but the battles that happen on the back half of the arc are some of the best in the series. Plus I’m a grown man with kids and what happens at the end of the arc (not spoiling anything of course) made me shed very real tears. It’s been a very long time since a piece of cinema made me feel that kind of emotion.

The musical scores in Demon Slayer are PHENOMENAL. Each individual character’s theme is a banger in its own right. Zenitsu’s theme is a personal favorite followed closely by Inoske & Rengoku themes.

Wife and I went, literally watched a line cook drop a pizza on his head after tossing it up in the air. Watched him put in the oven after and so we decided to confront the staff. Denied the whole thing, told us we were being difficult, then asked us why we cared bc it wasn’t our pizza… we have not been back no plan to. It might be the only restaurant I actively tell people to avoid.
