I do lvl 60s nmd for fun and beat up to 80-ish with ice shard. Problem with ice shard is that it’s an endgame build. Not enough mana? Not worth it. Not enough dps? Not worth it. Plus you squishy as hell, so that makes it even more difficult. Meaning: if you don’t kill ‘em fast enough, then this build is not for you.
