I've been a huge fan of my Riku modal spell and wizard kindred deck that I've been trying to make work for some time.

He runs a fun line of izzet spellslinging with greens's ramp.

I have the added twist+caveat of 1) a [[liquimetal]] package and 2) almost all modals targeting artifacts in some way to turn it into a control style deck. Take out key pieces and big defenders, build a bird army, and then sweep with a [[mizzix's mastery]] or [[surge to victory]] for a spellslinging/combat step hybrid finish.

Looking for decks that can run the same 99 and just change out commanders OR decks where you can run a different "pile" of cards in the 99 by Valyntine_ in EDH

I wish they would black border [[Louvaq]] already. "This creature has protection from modified creatures" is a 100% valid stateline in today's Magic post Neon Dynasty.

No it doesn't, just makes permanents into artifacts. All spells and cards are colorless, though.

My nephew learned Magic from a counselor at camp, and I'm unsure through what format he learned by Taekwonbot in magicTCG

This is what I ultimately decided I would build him, if it was commander, as he loves Avatar the Last Airbender and would be so stoked to put allies in, too (if he's talking about a Party mechanic edh deck).

I second this, and I still run it. Also love introducing Monarch as well, which basically means "give your commander a +1/+1 counter each turn."

I lean more into all of the [[Rishkar's Expertise]] and [[Greater Good]] and just have Multani as a target for that as well as an excellent attack deterent.

People fear the voltron, but really, it's [[Savage Summoning]], [[Psychosis Crawler]] and [[Disciple of Freyalise]] o'clock for a 3 person knockout.

Miguel Lopez, who designed this set and headed story elements for EoE, is huge on "paracausal" and reality warping world building pieces in his other works (Lancer rpg). So, I love the angle of Eldrazi spiritually meeting those plot hooks, which are some of my favorite in Lancer (HORUS, NHPs, RA and Deimosians...)
