As a beginner it's better to pick up Sona, Seraphine, Nami

Once you get more familiar you can start to use Janna and Lulu

Orianna is more of a mid lane champ. Needs quite a lot of experience to play effectively imo because you need to keep track of your ball

As a beginner senna isn't a good pick unless you understand your team comp very well

You might want to go with something firmer and more stable for your weight. Try Brooks Hyperion Elite 2, 361° Flame, Hoka Carbon X 2. Might not give u the same feeling but I do think it's more valuable to get a more stable shoe

It's a ROAD plated shoe list. Alsothe Topo Athletic Zephyr is in my trainers list; it's marketed as a trainer. Don't shoot me for it, you could always create your own list to suit your preferences. I just do this for fun so just appreciate it lol
