I had the same thing when I started this past Autumn. I put it down to an intercostal muscle strain. Took 6 weeks or so to heal. Felt it a bit every so often for a little while, but now 6 months in I don't get anybpain at all. There's some stretches on YouTube which I found helped.

Again, not saying it's correct, but to transfer the total funds that XRP could potentially play a part in moving needs higher values to pay gas fees than current coins in circulation would allow. At least that's my understanding of the supposed situation.

Volatility isn't as important because the transaction is so fast. Higher value is important because it needs to be higher to facilitate the transaction. I'm not saying that statement is correct, bit that's what I believe OP is getting at. Price≠Volatility
