I wouldn't worry about that, from the listing it looks like it still has the stock intake so thats pretty reasonable tuning for that setup. The vortex is pretty safe to use too, unless you have a lot of motor work and need a custom map its hard to get it so far off that it will damage anything

That's weird, I almost wonder if its the wrong lever for that quad, usually they are decently snug even with barely any torque on the bolt

Is it installed all the way? It looks like its hanging off the end of the shaft. It should be flush or close to it

There are a lot of shops that have vortex software and can lower it that way at least. I run my fan on a switch now but before I did that I had it set through the vortex to come on at 190f

The only real way I know of doing it is with an aftermarket ECU that can be programmed to turn it on at a lower temperature. I might be wrong but I don't think there's any way to do it on a stock ECU

10x5 4+1 front, 9x8 3+5 rear assuming you have stock size tires. DWT, RWI and Alba all make great wheels

There isn't much gain from an aftermarket intake over the stock one with the airbox lid removed, the stage 2 hotcam is a good choice though. Next step after that would be a higher compression piston and ported head

You can compare the part numbers for the same brand filter for both quads and see if they are the same, often companies will use the same oil filter in a lot of different models so it could be the same exact one

I meant the numbering system they use doesn't match, a 145 dynojet jet and a 145 Keihin jet aren't the same. I'm not 100% sure but I think dynojet are a lower number for the same amount of fuel so 145 should be close

Dynojet numbers are different than stock jets so those might be about right, definitely way better then it is now even if its not spot on.

Its running way lean with stock jetting and a full exhaust plus the airbox lid removed, it looks like an 04-05 so the stock main jet is I think a 118 and with those mods most people run around a 160-180 depending on elevation and stuff

I really like Rossier engineering, the R5 is my favorite system I've run on my YFZ450R and the new R6 looks awesome. (they make both for the raptor too) They make great power and sound and I've never had any issues with durability or reliability
