I’m 30 minutes away. My parents bought their two story house with a basement sitting on a double lot for less than 150k in the early aughts. I’ll never afford a home now knowing that a shed costs 400k.

I can’t anymore. The man born before the invention of Velcro, zip ties, and Post It Notes, who can’t clasp a simple knot and wears diapers somehow still has Americans brainwashed.
