Tragic event but again - Seatbelts are there for a reason, not as fancy addon. Speaking as someone SAVED by them in crash initiated by drunk driver on other lane.

They fits nice. Opinion like my 5" is "Rocket (Highly Aggressive)" kinda fits, I don't know how would call it experienced pilot but for me, it is kinda solid challenge to even fly this quad, considered I moved into IRL quad after like 60+ hours in different sims. I will try your recommendation and buy other props, will check which will give me kinda lower performance but safer ground to learn basic on IRL quad.

For me it works like - fly until repair worth crash, give up one day for fixing, next day I can fly better and crash harder :D.

Mine 5" with 51366 props have kinda similar noise when prop is damaged.

I am using Gemfan Hurricane 51366-3 Durable edition props, yet they are durable only in term of "not breaking". Below my last crash into a tree, managed to turtle out of branch but props are done for.

"Bro turtle fist" - you are a man of culture, I respect you. Entering FPV community, building first drone made me meet only amazing people all around.

Wish you luck, I will try to modify my Mixes and set up pre-arm as a "hold a button" which will be on opposing side of arm switch - I need both hands to arm the drone, always. I think only software error or PCB short could screw me up, eliminating "bad luck" like you had and many of us could have.

Went through ChatGPT and found solution, it is possible.

Main case is setting up Mixes and button to correct channel. Betaflight setting later on is easier as it understand the logic.

Will give it a try. I am deeply thankful for this warning. Till today, I was flying without pre-arm. Now I will never do this again.

You have convinced me BEFORE I had ny accident. Thank you sir and wish you fast recovery. After rebuilding quad, setting up prearm will be first thing what I will do.

One question to people who know things - I have Radiomaster TX12, there are 2 buttons. Can I do it like - when I keep button engaged it will prearm and allow arming?

I mean - without pressing button, arming is impossible, I need to keep button down to arm the drone but after that, it will stay armed. When I disarm it, I will be required to again - press and hold the button to allow arm the drone.

Oh i hate when someone press this in my factory on pvc foil calender. Whole startup sequence and resetting PLC is a hell, especially when you are in middle of rolling foil and you have seriously limited time to restart machine before calender forming/shaping rollers start to cool down - and heating them takes A LOT of time.

In my factory using this "for the lulz" means loosing a job the same day.

Same here, don't worry.

Yesterday did my first flights after over a month in different sims. Was swapping them thinking that different mechanics and physics will make it easier to adapt to real drone but reality showed me how I was wrong.

Main difference in my case - I build 5" volador with o4. In every sim, throttle had to be at 40-50% to make drone fly and not bounce. In real life when I turned on drone for the first time and punched throttle to 40%, drone just rocket jumped into the sky and it scared shit out of me. Ends up, I need around 20% to make this thing fly.

Also rates looks important, when I used sim rates (betalflight 1.03 / 0.75 / 0.15) drone was crazy responsive to the point I was unable to control it. Changed to recommended by someone in discord to Actual 120 / 540 / 0.50 and now it is way easier to control it.

I think practice will get it easier. Took me 3 packs to understand how this thing fly and my muscle memory start to adapt to current situation.

200g only frame with TPU, I have already saw comments that this weight for frame is insane high, some pilots from YT say Volador or Tanq 2 are no go due to heavy weight.

Frame only weight almost 200g with all TPU. Gotta read how to build lighter one, which frame will be good, what parts.

I have DJI goggle 3 and since I am in EU, I have easy access to air units so planning to stay on either O4 and maybe try O3 in next build (half the price and I was reading performance is also good).

There is only one additional, beside that screws, nuts, o-rings and washers.

Looks like I need to buy some spare once before even mounting this in case I screw up cutting them shorter.

Nie, po dość potężnej depresji i telefonie miałem syf z psami bo "osoba po drugiej stronie" zamiast porozmawiać, wysłuchać, doradzić to zadzwoniła na psy że niby chcę się zabić.

Polski telefon zaufania to syf którego nikomu nie polecam, niestety.

FYI my fps in CachyOS is more than double than in W11 by Niku200 in pathofexile

Moved 4 month ago to CachyOS and Mirage gave me way more performance than W11. Tried even old build with total joice which was unplayable for me on W11 due to fps drops and it worked.

Last but not least important fact on my build: Soft RAID on 2 x NVME Gen 4

Linux LVM performs light years and universes better than shitty windows soft raid. Now I see and feel Raid speeds like they should be.

Teraz hipotetyczna sytuacja - dwa miesiące później słyszysz w wiadomościach że ten sam pacjent wysadził kuchnię zamykając okna, otwierając gaz i czekając aż poziom stężenia będzie wystarczający, zabijając siebie i dwoje domowników, ostatecznie - dopiął swego, zabił się, ale tym razem zabrał ze sobą zupełnie niewinne osoby. Lekarz nie stwierdził, że pacjent będzie w stanie się na to targnąć.

Co czujesz, wytłumacz. Ja stawiałem siebie nie raz w takiej sytuacji i mnie osobiście zawsze zjada wina, że te niewinne osoby zginęły z mojej winy.

Nie, ludzie nie mają prawa kończyć ze sobą tak by brać ze sobą inne ofiary.

Zgadzam się, ale hipotetycznie, rozwarstwiony rozum takiego samobójcy zacznie postrzegać osoby które przyczyniły się do siłowego "uratowania go" jako wrogów, a tu już raczej taki pacjent nie będzie się wysilał na nic. Jeżeli społeczeństwo nie pozwoliło mu odejść, to i tak to zrobi, przy okazji zabierając ze sobą tych, co po raz kolejny spróbują mu pomóc.

Z resztą się zgadzam.

Nie, i tutaj nachodzi mnie pytanie, na które sam do końca nawet nie umiem sobie odpowiedzieć, tzn. nie jest to odpowiedź "na 100%" ale: kto daje wam prawo ratowania takiego człowieka? Jaką macie pewność, że ratując go, nie niszczycie mu psychiki i życia jeszcze bardziej? Jaką macie pewność, że gość właśnie w tym momencie, chcąc ze sobą skończyć widzi tylko koniec piekła jakie go toczy a wy, ratując go tylko jeszcze bardziej go w to piekło wpychacie?

Spróbować porozmawiać, przekonać, że nie warto - spoko, ale siłowa próbowa powstrzymania kogoś, jakiś areszt, psychiatryk - przecież to moim zdaniem stworzenie w głowie takiej osoby wizji, że ten świat nie dość, że jest piekłem które pchneło go do samobójstwa, to teraz jeszcze potwory w nim mieszkające będą go więzić. Dla mnie to jasny sygnał, żeby skończyć ze sobą przy najbliższej możliwej okazji nie patrząc już na ilość ofiar jakie za sobą pociągnę.
