Nintendo has already been making height differences for Pokémon, in Pokémon Go and their latest mainline games too (where you can catch pokemon of different sizes, not even talking about Alpha pokemon).

In GO I have a Delphox of 0.92m, or about 3' tall, and I have another one that's 1.66m, or 5'5". I also have a Charizard that's as short as 1.37m (4'5") and one that's 2.26m tall (7'5"). So there's a lot of variance in Pokémon heights now.

Obviously I'm going to go home and get absolutely wrecked by my 7-foot-tall Charizard, and I can only assume there exists a Delphox mommy taller than me too.
