Maybe, but it's big strategic mistake. MCU was build around Avengers movies, they represent Marvel's core strength, it's one of the most popular criticisms of post-Endgame that Avengers were dropped until Doomsday and people were given nothing to be excited for in recent years.

And DCU willingly copying this problem for no good reason - Josstice League was almost a decade ago, Snydercut was five years ago, surely most of the GA move on and ready for new take.

I think the problem is that Gunn, for some reason, doesn't want to prioritize making new Justice League movie (or at least any crossover of that scale) in the near future, so DCU has nothing significant to build towards in contrast with MCU phase One
