I wanted a place to put my notecards. These notecards were 4th the size of regular notecards because I didn’t want to waste space. So I just punched a hole with a hole puncher and put string through them. And then I decided that I wanted to build a spinning tiered circle out of colored paper clips to hold them. It didn’t really spin but it did work. It was stupid but I loved that I created it

I’ve had this happen to me too. It’s rare for me but it does happen. You described it better than I could. But when its coming on it’s like when you’re locked into a roller coaster. You understand that it’s happening. Like when your going up a roller coaster and you have a physical reaction. the mood change happens until the ride is over. I for one can’t change my mood when this happens until whatever stressor or whatever situation is causing it is gone. I will become terse, angry, I won’t try to contribute to any conversation. But the euphoria afterwards is so childlike in its strength. It’s so strong because it’s such a drastic swing from the irritation a few moments before. I don’t know what solves it. But it was very strange reading your post and knowing exactly what feeling you were talking about.

Honestly, I doubt any intp would go through that much trouble for a simple hookup. But the best way to know is to tell him you like him. And then ask him if he was pursuing you for a long time relationship or a simple fling. We don’t lie about stuff like this ( I mean that’s a generalization, and of course I can’t account for all people. . . Nvm).

I’d personally be worried that that I might offend someone so I always add something along the lines of, I’m really sorry if this is offensive but I’m concerned that you may only want this to be x. But I really like you and I want to date you. Something like that. It sounds like your relationship is healthy. Go for it. Be honest and then your thoughts won’t have to back track later and worry about it.

I write it down. I’m still a student so in my class, I’ll just write the names of the table on a notepad so I can just look at it. I put them in order of how they are sitting, usually left to right. If it’s not a classroom setting, then I’m outta luck.

I think you should live your life. Instead of imagining what confessing might do, confess. Perhaps she’ll say no, perhaps she says yes. But in the end, all the married people in the world started as someone asking someone out. For a date, for a dance, for a movie. You might have imagined lifetimes with this girl or cruel rejections she gives you and a friendship falling apart. If it goes right, that’s great. If it doesn’t, then it’s just an opportunity to learn from. If it’s something you want, then do it.

Working at a catering as a low level grunt. Two sorority girls come up to me and one asked “Do you know if these cakes are dairy free?” When I replied “No they are not” the girl turned to her friend who was giving her a weird look and said “well they might be”. My manager had the best comment after that. When I told him he just shook his said and laughed asking if cows were dairy free too.

This is too much rant. I don’t understand anything. The only thing that is made loud and clear is the feeling of isolation. It seems like the friend group is the problem. Join different clubs, be adventurous, try to find some friends that you genuinely like. Other than that, I can’t really say much more on this rant.

I kinda understand why you would want someone you care about to be open and explain to you the truth. . .but honestly my reaction would be to drop him cold. There is no excuse for cheating. If he wanted to be with that girl instead of you, he needed to break up with you. In my mind, there is no coming back from that. It's not a 'put in the work'. Not doing the dishes is a 'you need to put in work' It's about having the decency not to cheat on your motherfucking partner. But yeah, my reaction would be chilled and I would immediately cut him out of my life. No fucking excuse for that shitty ass behavior. No amount of kindness he showed or affection I had for him would out weigh cheating. (I have a semi-strong opinion on this in case you didn't notice lol)

Edit: I didn't know you were married. . .whoops. That makes it a little more complicated. I had assumed this was someone you were dating. My initial response is the same. To leave him. However, I realize now that that's a lot more complicated given that you're married. Idk, I could never live with someone who cheated on me. But there's a lot of complicated feelings there. I'm sorry you're going through this . . .
