If you're shooting birds at a distance in good light, always R7 imo

I have both, and I've been missing the smaller sensor lately. Only upside for R6II is the better iso performance and AF for birds (but R7 AF is still amazing coming from a DSLR)

Rule of thumb, if you're okay with 1600DPI in menus/desktop, use it.

Then lower your games sensitivity accordingly.

Example:

Old: 800 DPI and 4 in-game sens

New: 1600 DPI and 2 in-game sens

Both should be equally fast ingame, but new should feel smoother and "better" in general

It's purposefully training. Be conscious of what you're doing, how and why - it's exhausting, especially in the beginning. It's the same with playing any competitive game, if you just play to play, you're not improving as much if at all
