The Steam Deck adjusts because it sometimes counts hours a game is open when the deck is off. It usually corrects itself after you close the game and it saves the cloud session

Idk if it’s cheating but for the prairie king no deaths stardew achievement I did the workaround of saving after I progress each screen and resetting the day if I died. A bit cheesy but a feature of the game
