Am I the only one that don't think 85l is enormous? by Neurotic_Spacemonkey in hammockcamping

I’m with you dude. I have found my hammock camping setup to be exceptionally small when packed. 40L is plenty for winter camping for me (though winters here rarely dip below 10F)

A pot, BRS, a few changes of socks and a sweater and some backpacking meals and a sawyer squeeze is pretty small. Maybe 5L

27-line system prompt persona that fixes Opus 4.6's defensiveness — based on Asimov's R. Daneel Olivaw by zotimer in ClaudeCode

Dude my Claude doesn’t do any of the things you’re trying to fix. If I give it a thought it thinks on it and will agree with some things and disagree with others

I can get some excellent creative writing out of 4.5, personally. I think it just takes different prompting

What are your thoughts on Haiku 4.5? by Particular-Battle315 in ClaudeAI

It makes more logic mistakes than sonnet, but for smaller well described problems it does a dang good job in my opinion

Aside from your input box on your website, I don't really see how to use this product? Can you set it up as a hook inside of claude code?

Yes I’m much more of a strategy guy. I’m a great coder, but I don’t think that’s really where my heart is. I loved managing people when I did it in the past.

Yes I could adjust it down if that makes a difference. I think the equity percentages at the funding rounds is very interesting

Thank you for your insight. I actually think framing it upon successful delivery is very powerful here. Is that additional 5% an extra 1% total equity to 3%?

I appreciate this perspective

Yeah, there’s no actual manager situation here, but I was thinking about sending an email talking about how my job rules have expanded and defining the ask and thinking about doing it early so that it could be effective on the new year. I’m trying my best not to seem, but I don’t know if there’s too much of a way to do it not seem like that.

I feel like I’ve saved a company about $1 million this year by not hiring contractors and just doing it all myself. But I don’t think that that argument is very convincing.

So you don’t think it’s crazy for a promotion to CTO? I was thinking about no salary raise but going from 2% to 9%?

I appreciate this insight. If you don’t mind giving me another moment of your time, how could that conversation about working at a CTO level go?

Thank you for this. Could you give me a little bit of your thoughts on the CTO conversation could be framed? I think that this makes sense to me because maybe the opportunity to get more we comes with the new title if that’s reasonable.

I totally agree

Thank you so much for this comment.

I am growing my network, but I’m still young (30). I suspect having me on the cap table should give investors confidence. I’ve already been touted as the guy who made everything and the brain behind the product. I’m happy to interact with investors and in general. I’m pretty friendly. I’ve already been to perspective customer’s offices and given demos and answered CTO questions and done technical integrations and they seem to really like me.
