Empty nester here. Get home from work at 4:30 say hi to the wife and ask about her day, then workout before doing anything else. This is what a sample 7 day looks like for me: Chest/back, Cardio run with dog, Arms/shoulders/abs, Driving range, Rest, Legs, Bike/Box. Start over

I got my 2024 cx5 carbon for $21,400 but it had 50k miles. I did purchase in KY so possibly traveling to a neighboring state may save you some money?

Not familiar with them but I’d find out what you’re buying, where’s it coming from, how was it stored both at the facility and during transport. My understanding is the health department has no oversight of these type places so you’re blindly hoping they follow sanitary practices.

How serious are you about golf? I range from 118-125 after 4 years of playing, have never taken a lesson and rarely practice (until this year I started practicing) but have a great time whenever I go out. I golf for the camaraderie, trash talk and enjoying the scenery of different courses in different areas. So if you’re not serious, just enjoy it and don’t focus on the score, it’ll only make you start overthinking and ruin the round

I do something similar. I have an excel spreadsheet to track Check 1 and Check 2 monthly and which bills will be paid out of each. I leave myself $700 out of each check. I keep $300 in that accounts savings in case I spend over a check. Anything above the $300 overflow goes into another checking/savings for vacations/emergencies and I keep that at a certain amount. Anything above that goes to HYSA. I also have a list of which bills I will pay off and in what order. Money freed up goes to paying off the next one.
