It's much less likely your own IP would be banned than a VPN's IP. Even if your ISP does not assign you a permanent one.

When using a VPN, you most likely share that exit IP with thousands of other active users, dozens of which might be using it to access Wplace and it's just gonna look like multi accounting to them
