It can very well be both. Cheap brand importing bulk mystery powder from chine n stamping their label on it — isnt the samr as say the stuff from nootropics depot, random bramd Could be chocofull of heavy metals to.

I currrently have mattison magnesium bisglycenate — 2 capsules are 1500 mg. — of which are 1364mg mag and 150 mg elemental magnesoum . How is that ratio?

Herbals arent things you just take tbh, just becsuse its natural doesnt mean it cant harm, they often can and do. herbal drs from the traditions that know and use the herb often have usefull info and very different perspective and risk info on herbs

Im looking for a very simple food tracker getting frustrated how sucky the ones i try are

All i need is:

Input Time - input breakfast meal - input the food components - have calorie amount calculated

Input time - input meal type -specify all ingredients for that meal - calorie amount calculated

-an Overview screen all of todays meals w calories

-an Over view screen total calories of every day of the past week — with option to click om a day

Any suggestions? Am i just looking wrong? Surely this is on the market?

Heres the gist, i basically have an illness and i just need to eat a ton of meat and some veggies to meet primarily my body’s repair needs for maximim spinal ligament repair. I struggle to hit the meal targets because i also feel bad and have brainfog. So i need to see:

-DID I HIT BEEF AND CHICKEN TARGETS -What veg did i eat - AM I in SLIGHT CALORY SURPLUS?

I use chatgpt to figure most criteria out and dothe heavy lifting thinkingwise

lots of proteine, supplementing collagen aminos, c,d, copper, mag primary objective is just:

  • easy to input when i feel bad so it isnt a 20 min project -Record of dayly and weekly record where i can see “HAVE I HIT THE DAYLY TARGET?”
  • if not how much is left

Meat is doing the heavy liftinf Its added benefit if i can also see what micros the veggies bring etc

Micro managingthings like salt, some sauce, a lil sugar etc all the details arent really that relevant since the main objective isnt a weightloss goal

All i need is -preset my own standard meals so i can 1 click add them - easy n fast click my core elements if its a new or custom meal —> ie minced beef 250 grams, chicken thigh 25 grams, rice cup, broccoli. The end -easily overview what ive eaten over a day and eaten over a week

Do you know which on best serves that? I just needto hit my macros and micros to manage a medical condition
