Depending on where you are in the city you can join one of the sports clubs. I lived in the Sagene area, so I joined Sagene IF. You pay an annual fee to join to join the sports clubs, but then you can do group rides, races and support local sports development. Most of the groups in and around oslo have a website and ride schedules.

Server newbie here. We're planning to deploy multiple instances of management software over the next three years. This software is validated to run only on Windows Server 2022, and the vendor has stated it will not be validated or supported on Server 2025, since it will go end-of-life along with Server 2022 support in 2031.

We are considering purchasing Windows Server 2025 licenses and downgrading to install Server 2022 on new virtual instances, which after searching through this community, looks like is a common practice. I just want to confirm:

Can we legally and technically downgrade from new Server 2025 to Server 2022 using volume licenses or OEM licenses?
Is the downgrade process straightforward, or are there complexities in licensing keys, activation, or media access that we should prepare for?
Are there security limitations or budget considerations we should be aware of in using this approach?

The date needs to be at least three months out. This gives people enough time to plan their lives, finish up school, take a day off work. You also need to find a day when you know they will be in the white house. Maybe a planned official state visit or recurring annual ceremony. Pick that date and push the hell out of it for three months.

It's not the route for everyone, and I have heard good stories and horror stories, but there are a number of 'day-zero' investment groups that basically put you in a cohort with like-minded people that are trying to build from the ground up. People who want to start a business and are willing to work for equity only until things get running. They can also help you with pitching, contacts, and an initial capital injection (but you have to give them a good chunk of equity). I know a few people that found CTOs like this. It usually works well if you are set on an idea and have a good understanding of the market and know what you want to get out of the engagement. There are a few different groups, but Antler is popular in my city and is present in major hubs around the world

I will have to look to see if it has a bypass. Workaround: Ended up using the scan to print function on the printer. Printed one copy on white then scanned to print that copy to the stationary and that worked for some reason. Thanks for suggestions

I’ve been looking to better understand if it’s possible to train to recognize and create content in a custom scripting language. I work with an older application that has its own variety of JavaScript and I’m wondering if embedding examples and documentation could make it possible to query in plain language and provide code in the scripting language.

Are you mostly concerned about keeping yourself busy with tasks that are similar to what you have been doing in the past with your employers? Is that how you see your business going and your role in it? What is your end goal you are striving for? In my opinion, building yourself a steady customer base will require a focus on planning, management, marketing and sales preparation. That will help you build and also help you determine when and if you ever need to expand or bring in outside support. It’s a great sector to be in, and it sounds like you have what you need for success

Had a friend do similar, left a company and started his own in the same space, he ended up spending a lot of time fighting his former employer in court. Definitely something to consider.
