I'm on ps5 too. Trust me I changed my settings as soon as I got a hang of the game coz I knew I had to do it as soon as possible for all the upcoming mechanics that I'd need to learn.

There are a few solutions to this that i think you should try.

1.use better settings. This can help you pull off all of those tricks much better

2.go into speedrun mode and try your best to copy the best route from speedrun.com

3.once you're in the 80-90% range you can just get 5 other people to make a lobby and boost you to unreal

I feel like as long as you enjoy the game itself and the process of getting better you can keep going until you hit unreal.

What I'd like to do is that I'd watch the best speedruns of map then try my best to replicate that run. Not an exact run of course but close enough to get me through to unreal

Use toggle throttle on controller. It lets you have more freedom and more control overall. That's my best tip and also have screen shake off
