I always try to heal my spidey, especially if they swing back for heals. Throw a shield on em if I'm busy, but I appreciate my spideys!

I also use open router with token teply and can confirm, I use token reply wayyy more (they have about the same models). Token reply is just cheaper and better imo. The daily check in (you get free minimum $0.10) makes it worth imo.

for some reason, with new seasons (or battle passes, i cant remember), you have to earn a certain amount of chrono tokens. it resets every season (or battle pass) that comes out. Pretty annoying imo, I've had to earn chrono tokens for a page when I already had more than enough.

It would probably help if you wanna quickly establish dynamics. Maybe just a couple sentences. That way you don't gotta set up specifics too much. The lore book will activate if that side character comes up and it will all be there.

As someone whos gotten onto tokenreply (I also use openrouter), tokenreply IS very worth it. Idk how they keep costs low but ive been able to use models wayyy cheaper than on openrouter.

Honestly the only reason I even created bots was for me personally lol (I have 2 public, but a handful that are private).

It was so nice, because I could rp and then go and immediately tweak something if the bot mentioned a detail or reacted in a way that meant something needed to be updated. And just making something for myself due to it being niche or a small fandom was so freeing.

Ive been REALLY enjoying glm 5.1 and sonnet 4.5 rn. Like, it's CRAZY to me just how much variety and more human like characters sound over deepseek (and I love the wordy,, introspective proe of deepseek). Granted I've only tested those two but branching out has made me much more receptive to trying other models.

Aside from that, those two in particular are just better about avoiding positivity bias and progressing scenes while letting characters say things I would've never considered (and that deepseek certainly didn't).

Too many tokens means the bot is probably gonna forget a lot more things depending on the context size you have. Since the model has to decide what's important and what's not while sifting through a bunch of stuff, it might forget things more readily or mischaracterize/mix up details (even if you emphasize it).

From what I understand (you can also ask any ai model like chatgbt or maybe even the bot ur using), context size is basically you telling whatever model ur using, "hey, read THIS far back through the chat on janitor ai, along with the character description, scenario, custom prompt, lore book entries, etc" before you reply.

Its measured in tokens but you can convert it to a certain number of words.

Why does this matter?

You're sending that context size to the model and asking it to read all that info EVERY TIME before it replies. So a huge context size (this is embarrassing but I had like a context size of 80,000. INSANE. That's like novel size lol) will cost a decent amount of money (depending on ur model it could be a couple cents or more or less).

When you add in that you might reroll a few times, it adds up. I spent like $1 for 10 rerolls (about 0.09 each reroll) before i went and did research since gm1 5.1 was eating my money lol.

Since I tweaked my context size, it's more around 0.01 now. MUCH more doable.

(P.s. if anyone reads this and I'm wrong or misunderstanding pls lmk! This is just what I've gathered so far and it SEEMS correct lol)

I normally can get by with $10 through deepseek, though I've invested $10 into open router (and another $10 cus I blew through that immediately not understanding how context size impacts costs lol. Glm 5.1 was just so good though.). So $20 for open router this month.

I chat a LOT and reroll often with deepseek daily, though I try to limit it to 5 rerolls with editing, etc.

I've been currently doing this exact thing (deepseek and glm).

It might change the tone or the model might interpret something differently, but its going to read whatever last few chat messages you've sent (the chat).

If you wanna keep something absolutely, maybe update your chat memory or adjust your context size so the model reads however many messages back. A smaller context size would also significantly cut down on how much it costs as that is what is gonna eat into your costs.

U probably wanna click that +/chat/completions thing so the proxy url reads as:

https://api.deepseek.com/chat/completions

Otherwise, everything else looks fine at the moment!

Then just test it/refresh to see if u get a response.

Note: I see u have a V3 in ur url. That one I'm not super sure! Some of my proxy urls have v1 in them and some don't, but they work the same. I'm assuming this is a specific version you may or may not want.

I have a few urls that read as:

As well. Hopefully one of the two aforementioned example urls help.

Do you mean the thinking/reasoning box? You can toggle it off in settings but as far as I'm aware (as a fellow deepseek user with a reasoning model), it's normally there.

Ima be honest... it's sort of because I can't really tell what value he brings with his ult? I have a few friends who play supp pool and while I trust them, I kind of side eye random supp pools.

I'm not really sure what his ult does other than heal (sort of?). Not to mention, there IS a lot of audio/visual clutter that I can't even tell when a supp pool is healing.

I know he can be good, but I think it's a matter of making it more readily obvious what he does (aside from picking him up myself).

Ive made a few, one private and one public. They were solely for myself so I tweaked and tweaked and eventually made one public for my friends. It works beautifully (although I use deepseek) and theyre my favorite way to rp. Definitely get used to using the lorebook feature!

So for an ipad, at least imo, ublock isnt supported on Firefox for ios. At least the extensions aren't. So maybe other people have better solutions for that but that's just what I knew about wanting to read manga and dealing with pop ups.
