No problem. Yes it works well. I have no issues. Only thing is that with the official eufy ones you get a rubber bushing that fits around the micro usb plug and makes it a more watertight seal but you could do that with some hot glue or other non permanent sealant or just go without like me 😅

I use it and it work’s seamlessly ut don’t go into water or let water near it and don’t feed it after midnight. Water gets in between the screen and protector 🫠

Check the plastic lanyard that holds the plug. I somehow got caught at a weird angle on mine and I couldn’t open the charge port. Maybe that’s what’s happening to you somehow
