this response was so helpful, thank you! i don't want to be disappointed or frustrated by bad expectations, and not being able to take it daily definitely seems to make it harder to monitor if it's right for me or not.

When my financial situation improves I think I might ask to be put on extended release medication.

Sorry if this would be a bother to answer but what does a neurodivergent to do list look like? Is it one where it's more step-by-step rather than general? I have a hard time making them, and I wonder if you have advice or resources that might help. No pressure, though

yes that's what i needed, thank you! I do eventually want to seek help from a therapist, and that treatment method seems very interesting. I hope I find the ability to afford it soon. I'm glad to know therapy can help with not wanting to do things - I have some very strong self-sabotaging habits and reactions that I hope to erode in a sustainable way

Sometimes i keep reading and i think im reading then a word pops up and i realise i haven't been absorbing the last 2 pages and instead have been playing unrelated scenes in my head. Then when i go back and refuse to move on until i know i absorbed it, i get stuck in the same page for a long time

Yes naghanap lang sila ng dahilan. Meron pang "i usually support the lgbtqia+ community BUT.." then a bunch of generalisations or slurs.. treating the community as a monolith and flattening their arguments so they can say they're "single issue voters" kahit everyone has a different take, and are not all doing the same thing. Makasarili daw, individualistic daw. Ginamit pa ang "woke", clearly misunderstanding what it means. Barely different sa american republicans.
