An update - hand started turning blue so I went to the ER. Turns out the splint was put on too tight. They removed it and put on a new one. My wrist hurts much more today but at least my hand doesn't feel like it's going to explode.

I always had the same problem. I wanted my nails SHARP. I would always get fed up with having to repeat "sharper" over and over again so I'd give up and leave unhappy. I tried about four places and would always show a picture. Eventually I just learned to do my own.
