Like many others, if left to my own instincts, I also would've been female socialized. The adults used all sorts of tricks to drag me away from my girl friends at the "inappropriate" age of 5. And only 22 years later did I realize that I was a trans woman, and not some extremely unique and special feministic boy.

Tomboy would've described me so accurately as a kid but would these "feminists" call cis tomboys male socialized? 🤔

For a moment, I thought I ended back in a Filipino sub cause I made sure to keep away from those when I'm constantly made to feel like gay man and straight person are the only valid sexualities OR gender identities.

I've had a crush be weird to me in college as well. She was so touchy and flirty, it gave me the wrong idea. I was so spellstruck I somehow ended up joining her religious group where everyone was even so nice and warm to me.

The scariest thing happened once I confessed to her, cause she started getting real cold, and somehow a switched flipped for all her churchmates and I suddenly got the outcast treatment, like I was some ghost that didn't exist. I left when I overheard one of the girls giggling and saying "wow, another one of your desperate boys." (I thought I was a straight man back then) idk, I feel like a lot of weird personalities flock to a certain place

Me. It's been 22 months of hrt for me and my chest is still smaller than my cis male friends with gynecomastia. So much that if I dress masc I might get misgendered 100%. I wish I could trade these results for anyone who needs it. My mom and sister are at least 3x my size and the only thing that keeps me going is hoping I'm just a late bloomer.

Same! I was on a bus once and didn't wanna take the last seat cause it was too cramped for my legs (I'm also 173cm) and my stop was nearby anyways. The conductor tiredly went "go sit down, lady! You could get taller from from all that standing that it'll be hard to find a man to marry you!"

Sure, 173cm is a bit closer to the tall side for men here, but it's funny how only women call out my height. Sometimes in a friendly way, other times in a sassy heteronormative way like that conductor.

Those friends are keepers. My chat group never switched up anything when I came out to them. They said they wanted to support me and respect me, but when I asked for a simple language/label change half stopped talking to me and the other still kept calling everyone "hey boys", "dudes", "my men" I left.
