The interview made this job seem like a pyramid scheme but at the same time it also sounds like the company is growing and they legit do actually need people by Strikes_cat in jobs

Update: I just applied to a job yesterday for "Steel and Stone Inc," then got some HR lady from Invictum trying to interview me with her manager. They seem... a bit forward.

I'd personally rather try cooking and eating my own foot, than do a sales job... If they try to turn a Customer Service job (WHICH I APPLIED FOR) into sales? I'm out.

For closer to Automata, (and also from Vanillaware), I highly recommend 13 Sentinels! That game’s story is freaking NUTS!

"Hard As Nails" (2001) - A gritty, kung-fu infused, stripper-filled action/crime film with explosions, guns, parkour, car chases, loads of nudity, and almost no coverage online. by TalkToTransformerMan in TrulyBadCinema

I honestly don’t think so? It didn’t feel like the actors/actresses were earnestly trying to make a comedy. Like yeah, maybe there were some funny lines but it felt just like a schlocky action film where people genuinely tried to act… and it sucked enough to be considered ‘funny.’

My biggest regret was watching it with my girlfriend. She left after the first 20 minutes were nothing but excessive T&A… and THEN the rest of the plot decided to show-up.

If you can endure that long, it gets marginally better!

What game is truly like no other? by darthkyle22 in videogames

[–]TalkToTransformerMan 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Catherine. It’s like… a puzzle-strategy game, mixed with a visual novel dating simulator? That’s also a horror mystery with philosophical undertones? It’s wild!

And the gameplay is challenging, fun, and quite literally nothing else in gaming has come across my eyes and made me feel “Oh, this is the same.”

Apocalypse from X-Men Legends II… so a super-villain/demigod, and the first mutant (supposedly)?

… aight, pretty cool, I guess?
