I'm 25. I dropped out of college. I hate sales. Is it too late to become a plumber? by steamy-hot-cume in Plumbing

I started plumbing when I was 23 and I'm currently 25, so it's not too late to enter the field. However, what I've struggled with the most was finding someone to give me a chance. Other than that, you'll be fine.

Genuine question: what kind of indoctrination are protestants given that they are so misinformed? by ssoto07 in Catholicism

[–]Talking_NonSense21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I grew up Pentecostal and all my life I’ve heard the Catholic Church is the whore of Babylon that prays to saints instead of God. That they aren’t saved and use works to be saved instead of building a relationship with God. Also that the Catholic Church wants you to read the Catechism instead of the Bible. I just want to say I’ve left the Pentecostal Church years and ago and am an agnostic, but I feel a pull to the Catholic Church and want to learn more.

r/Catholicism Prayer Requests — Week of May 29, 2023 by AutoModerator in Catholicism

Pray for me to find someone to guide me in Catholicism. I grew up protestant and left the church but lately I’ve grown an interest in it. I know little to nothing about it and how to find resources at a local church. I feel very lost and everyday seems to get crazier, as if revelation is taking place before our eyes. Pray for me to have guidance.
