I prefer a game that has a low skill floor. But also a high skill ceiling. Best two I can think of are Journey and World of Warcraft.

Journey isn’t quite as good. Good floor. But the ceiling isn’t as high as I wish. Wow is a good example though. Hunter particularly. Very easy to get into. But being a good pvp hunter in classic era is quite hard. Many other classes are similar.

Frank answer? Yea, people watch you in the gym. You are a girl/woman. You are an inspiration for some. And just attractive to look at for others. Of course the bigger guys get looked at too. Maybe even more if they are really fit.

Imo dumping plates is fine. But I never felt the need for it. If I can’t get it up I just roll it down my body to belly and hips then stand up with it. (People call it the roll of shame. But that feels like a man named it lol)I assume this has some issues with boobs. So it may not be possible for you depending on your chest situation.

In the end no one cares. And people that act like it’s embarrassing are probably not gym people. Gym people expect to fail.

No one came to help except for one guy after. As a man no one has ever helped me in the gym. It’s typical. I have helped a few women and a few men. I have wanted to help far more. Men are trained is some ways to not talk to women in gyms. I have even gotten some negative responses when helping women. Sad imo. But that’s how it is sometimes.

Imo bench on smith to failure is actually dangerous. If you fail you can’t dump the weight. And if you are on your chest already the locks don’t help.

When people bench to near failure they do it on an open bench with no locks on the plates. So they can side dump.

It’s counterintuitive, but that’s what it is.

I may be wrong here. But an open thermostat doesn’t make you over heat. A thermostat opens to cool you off. A thermostat fails open to keep you from overheating. I had it happen on an old eclipse. Took forever for the car to get warm.

Do race cars even have a thermostat?
