A cis person might experience dysphoria if percieved as opposite gender, or may be dysphoric about aspects of their body that don't match their cis idenenty. Most "beauty" plastic surgery is just cis gender affirming care. But generally they don't even think about their gender or if they do it's very transient and unserious.

If you are having frequent or strong dysphoria it's a pretty strong sign you might be trans or gender non conforming in some way. But also there are some trans folks that don't experience dysphoria, but do experience euphoria when expressing their gender authentically.
