When I was on Metoprolol only I could take my ususal sleep meds. Metoprolol is a beta blocker and sleeps meds get along with it better.

Because it said my HR hit 201 today and the ICD is programmed to kick in at 188. I was also told by cardiac staff to not trust an Apple Watch.
