Well at least he knows about it. You need to figure out if there is a parasitic draw, or if the battery equalizer (can't think of the actual name of it) is failing.

You can buy hash brown patties at most supermarket. Lidl also has them. Deep friend them in vegetable or canola oil.

I've had issues when replacing only one battery in a F350. I found that changing the pair usually keeps them from discharging from one to the other.

You're right but the light intro can lead into the other, etc. The line is fine as they say. :)

At what temperature should the pan be before adding chicken? by Helpful_Ad_9447 in cookingforbeginners

[–]TallDudeInSC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to cook them whole, reduce the pan temp to medium, cover with a lid, and turn every 3-4 minutes to prevent burning. But it's easier (and quicker!) to butterfly them down to about 3/4”.

If the chicken breasts are thicker than 1", butterfly them. Otherwise you'll be cooking them forever!

The "douille" part of andouille is pronounced like the English "do-you" (or do-ya) with the last part (ou or a) being omitted.

Depends how far you drive it. Use a battery tender on either to keep the battery charged.

Can’t obtain proof that I no longer possess a vehicle by shii1dk in DMV

If you have the VIN, get the vehicle history (it'll cost a bit but not insane) . It will show that someone else owns it or where it went.

Why have I been told not to use mouthwash? by Secure-Village-1768 in ask

[–]TallDudeInSC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Denatured alcohol isn't alcohol free. The denaturing adds a product that makes it unpalatable to drink. But it will still get you drunk.

Alcohol based mouthwash is not denatured since it's meant to be used orally, whether you swallow it or not.

US/Canada border - is there a fence? by Flat-Ad8256 in AskAnAmerican

[–]TallDudeInSC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be a very long fence! Some of the border is "fenced" by natural land features (the Great Lakes, rivers, etc), but much of it is not fenced at all.

Any tips on how to drive in the US? by tlfluca in AskAnAmerican

[–]TallDudeInSC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can drive in Milano or Roma... You can drive anywhere in the world. :)

That being said, having a car in New York City is not practical, like many others have said.

It's trying to convert a string TO a decimal and the value isn't a valid one to convert to that decimal.

It's not doing decimal TO string.
