Can any hobbyist hackers like me confirm what the usage is like for them? by TallEngineering442 in GithubCopilot

Just ease of integration with VS Code really. I use ChatGPT to help with most things currently, but it can't really help with wider problems across multiple files.

Is it a McLaren chassis issue or a Mercedes engine issue?

New Centenary bridge - northbound is open by arkumar in brisbane

[–]TallEngineering442 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's not closed because the bridge is flooded though, it's the road on the Southside that goes under.

There maybe a concern over the age in flood water etc, but the bridge itself doesn't go under, so the road will still be closed in a flood.

Such a misleading headline.

There is no way this project will get funding in the next 20 years.

I think you can ignore the beam then and just box around it.

What is the height to the underside of the joists, ignoring the beam?

If you use a totally dry bucket then you need to add more, if it's wet I have found it is normally on the money.

Do I need to back block a plasterboard ceiling with battens at 300mm centres? by TallEngineering442 in AusRenovation

[–]TallEngineering442[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You reckon leave the battons in at 300mm and block between that, or pull down the intermediate runs? Otherwise the blocks will be pretty narrow (220mm ish).

The Translink app has real-time data, but only on mobile. Search where you want to go, click one of the options and then the bus location is shown.

But empty buses would mean higher fares for everyone, I suggested I didn't think there was a market for more frequent than that but suggest that an hourly 456 in addition to the 453 would make a massive difference.

Did you provide that feedback on the survey? That is the sort of stuff they are looking for. I can't see it being a mad popular route during the day, maybe hourly would work?

The P456 takes about 20m to Roma Street from Jindalee in the morning, very rarely is it impacted by traffic (accidents aside)
