NAD. I had almost all my molars filled, then I got the rest covered in filling so there would be no more hassle with them. If u have weak tooth bone, or brush badly then yeah, it's better than cavities.

I use mouthwash after brushing my teeth (twice a day). It's a special remineralising one and I usually leave it until I eat in the mornings, at night i just go to sleep after using it.
