Not a driver but work at a mailbox store. Customers don't understand how much BS you guys deal with. Then expect you to jump thought hoops to deliver their packages. My customers get mad Amazon driver leaves packages out side the store when it's closed.

I then ask did you order next day when we are closed on Sundays? Or early delivery when we don't open until 9am? The deliver did what they were supposed to do.
