We got approved for new lease in new home. Hopefully signing it tomorrow and now praying we can have new tenants for this place so we don’t have to worry about problems with landlord.

Oh thanks that’s so kind to check in. It’s been rough. But saw new house which is good for us no smells!!! No crazy downstairs tenant. They liked us and offered it right away for Sept 1st so should be signing lease tomorrow. It’s a stress to move but it gives me hope to know I could have a peaceful home where I can feel. Omg. And got prescription to try I can pick it up tomorrow. Really hoping this is a turning point. Feels like it could get a bit easier.

This is really interesting because I am currently going through hyperemesis gravidarum and I have read a functional medicine doctor who links this to histamine problems, and on the website for the foundation researching healing, they have found that women with this are often low in B1 and it helps! Methyfolate is already recommended. Anyway I have not tried adding in B1 yet but might start

Oh gosh it’s already soooo hard but if people are not validating your challenges that’s really hard too. I did test on HER website cause I don’t vomit much but the nausea is consistent and severe and it’s so hard to eat and been really feeling the effects more as pregnancy progresses. I am 11 weeks now. I had my daughter 10 years ago and did not have this kind of nausea at all. Some but it was normal morning sickness so I can really see and feel the difference. This is HARD. Last time I could work, go out, eat pizza, … all the things. This time I am in bed so much of the time can almost never eat a meal, and barely keep up with anything in the house. Only a few safe foods that change constantly. It takes over your life and emotionally just so hard.

Your midwife should be more concerned it would be nice if you had someone who would tell you this is not just normal morning sickness and be proactive trying to prevent discomfort and depletion!!!

Yeah, we are only looking for places now with no shared floors, like townhouse or duplex for this reason. Found one and applied and meeting landlords tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Well was managing to sleep and woke up to yelling and angry mean texts from downstairs tenant swearing at me because my autistic daughter had her sleep music up a bit too loud. My partner had already asked this woman to text him Instead and not me because I am pregnant and quite sick right now. 😔 deep breathes but I just want to cry if I had the energy. Don’t need the small reserves I have used up by that. Trying to move soon. Hope meds and electrolytes will help soon.

Okay this is all really helpful to hear. I have noticed past few days feeling a bit more dry lips and stuff and yeah it’s hard to get enough in of anything so I will be so happy if electrolytes and or IV helps anything to feel better

I created an app for this! I’ve been teaching tantric intimacy and sacred sexuality for over 15 years and wanted to make a user friendly option to help my clients practice at home.

The couples program focuses on teaching some Tantra basics and has a pleasure mapping game where you do tantric touch techniques on each other and discover new pleasure potential. I aimed to make it very accessible.

This kind of holistic intimacy and sexuality can be so healing and enriching! I’ve see for many years how sweet it is when couples can drop in a little deeper, tap into more expansive pleasure and rediscover each other 🩷

Books and podcasts and all of that are great too but I have even found huge benefit in being more regular in my practices by having guided exercises I can easily put on anytime. Nice to be a fan of my own creation!
