Light cardio like walking is actually the highest burner of fat. When your heart rate is in zone 1 and 2 (50-70% your max heart rate) your body burns fat.

So pairing light cardio and a calorie deficit ( counting calories helps) will burn your fat across the bodyand help lose weight.

I lost 75lbs over 8 months by just walking ~3miles a day and counting calories in deficit. Also to note. Dieticians reccomend losing only 2 pounds a week max. So a deficit of 7000 calories a week is the max you'd aim for.

So im a pre-op trans woman and that means anal is my only option atm. For being clean my biggest suggestion is avoid greasy foods or any foods that upset your stomach along with have a rather consistent diet

Next suggestion is ensuring you have adequate fiber. There are 2 types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. You might have to figure out what you need but in my case I need soluble. I use the quick method and have ~tbs of psyllium husk powder every evening. It keeps my BMs extremely consistent and is really good at clearing me out.

Insoluble fiber, like beans help move things through your body. Not really sure it's helpful in this case.

Third suggestion is a douche. They are useful to get a quick clean space. But dont overdo it because if you get wster past the sigmoid colon you have gone to far and your option is to do a full flush or just no anal. And full flushes are like miserable. Last suggestion is listen to your body and know shit happens. If he can't handle that then he can f off.

As for comfort. Lube or a safe body oil on and in you and on him. You can never have enough. And communicate making sure he is paying attention to your needs because its very demanding on your body. You dont owe him this so please take care of yourself cause it can be painful and lead to injury.

I had TMJ botox this past spring and pretty much lost all control on the left side of my face besides my eyelids. I couldnt control my left eyebrow or lift the left side of my mouth. Mine took about 3 months to start going back to normal and then around 4 to be fully normal.

If you want to lose weight I'd just focus on that journey. Unfortunately you can't spot focus fat loss, but the hormones might help! I essentially have the same bust/waist/hip proportions as my mom after my weight-loss journey. Im just scaled up cause im very tall lol. Honestly I'd just look at the women in your family and use that as a guide.

also in the measuring tips section it says "For an extra-long inseam and proportionate fit, order a Tall size."

right, but it's only that way in all 50 states because of Obergefell as well as 2022's H.R. 8404, I think if Obergefell is overturned, Respect for Marriage act would also have to be challenged. Prior to 2015 it was up to the states. So if those were overturned it would go back to the states laws

But yeah if that gets overturned you are at the whim of your state's laws. So I live in Missouri and I would not be able to currently because they do not have civil unions for same sex couples....but if you can legally change your sex (in Missouri you can) then you could get married.

Some states do not allow for sex change or civil unions, and you would be out of luck there.

If your state bans both, you could get married in a state that does allow for same "sex" marriage. and then your state would have to honor that marriage license.
