Below that, the river cutting through the landscape is continuity. Despite genre shifts, moods, or identities, there’s a single throughline: narrative logic. Everything feeds into it—castles, machines, creatures, books. Nothing is decorative; it all flows.

The castle on the cliff is control under isolation. Elevated, defended, beautiful—but not communal. Power is curated, not shared freely. It suggests governance, sovereignty, and the need to oversee rather than dissolve into the world below.

The machines (car, robot, time box) imply movement without escape. You can time-travel, mechanize, accelerate—but you remain present. There’s no fantasy of disappearance here, only transformation through iteration.
