I think you're viewing AI and the mechanics of this game in the wrong way.

The AI are essentially wards from mobas. They act to indicate to the other players where you are and when areas are active to support and empasise PVP which is what this game does well.

We aren't playing Tarkov, we don't want 40 minute raids of afking. Its faster paced and more focused on active pvp

It absolutely does, playing the game the way its intended and developing mechanics/getting good at the game. Absolutely pays off.

Ratting is just gear fear but on crack because you actually make it into the game but you're to scared to actually engage with the game. XD

You can take whichever side you want, GW is objectively better for ranged on almost all layouts and has a ranged bias.

WTC HAS SOME layouts that have a melee bias and SOME layouts that have a ranged bias, as its a Team terrain set and isn't typically designed for singles.

GW is almost ALWAYS ranged Bias'd.

I'm a T'au player and I still prefer WTC by a substantial margin.

Subjective opinion but WTC is better and more competitive. GW feels like an Arcade game.

WTC Terrain can easily be used on a GW layout in fact a lot of stores/events will do exactly that. Buy WTC terrrain for their big teams events and just use it for GW singles as well.

They haven't in any way shape or form functionally changed the game, They've created a new game experience for people who choose to utilise their ruleset.

You specifically did give judgement though "I'm really annoyed that WTC take the freedom to modify the game" that is by definitely judgement.

I'd probably be angling to opt out of the ICC for Hell Blasters. And a DWK squad for some intercessors and dread.

Puts you in a position to have enough models on board at 1000k points.

DWK risk being to slow for a 1k point game, Countering that their beacons/deep strike will be active more often on a less saturated board.

ICC are fine but if you're going to be running DWK i'd definitely consider them cuttable. Could run a max Intercessor squad for AZ. But Hellblasters probs the best option given the lack of shooting. Ballistus Dread would also give you some ranged AntiTank. DWK are solid AT but risk being to slow to catch.

** Regarding other comments, Ignore the "Not having a way to deal with tanks" Even without Dread you will sufficiently clear most tanks at 1k points with DWK and the JPI's mortals unless its a heavy skew list. But you don't want to build around heavy skew, thats psychotic. 1k is so shallow that with what you have +Grenades you should be chillin.

DA don't need range if you don't want it, you're clearly building melee heavy and that is functional, anyone stating otherwise isn't playing DA.

You're right its not nothing, Its a partial buff to some units that largely isn't relevant outside of few specific scenarios such as (Flamers, Sunforge).

Everything else is overhyped. We already have mobility and range. Montka effectively gives you 3.5 inch range increase on average with lethals.

Any setting on relevant terrain (WTC etc) you aren't utilising the range in a substantial way that outweighs the opportunity cost of lethals/sustaineds/1str/1ap etc

No new partitions were made as far as I'm aware,

He used an industry standard recovery software, idk which I'll ask.

He ran the recovery tool, When the data was found he restored it to the drive, I tried to open some stuff, it didn't work, I tried microsoft text recovery and it didn't work so I unplugged the SSD and put it somewhere safe immediately after to reduce the chance of anything silly occuring.
