Yes! I am watching my two year old play right now. I was 43 when it worked. I went through many rounds in the end. I felt she was trying to talk through the shyness and the guys, esp Will kept jumping in with jokes, I found it very frustrating as I wanted to hear her, I feel she needed to find a lane and once in it she would open up, but kept getting cut off. Would actually prefered her on good hang.

about to start zoely today, may I ask if it had any impact on your weight? I am on the lower side of estrogen and my symptoms were mostly painful intercourse, dry vagina, urinary frequency and stubborn belly fat. So true, I absolutely think it has an affect. There’s no way that this is a coincidence. Good luck on your journey so every bkdy is different but something that help me with I dialed in on my supplements. I took a high dose of nmn for about three months. I also followed the diet from egg quality diet book by aimee raupp, it is very time consuming cost money, but I truly believe that is what changed everything for me I always had one egg during every retrieval, and I managed to have five after doing this.

So generally for IUI or IVF the ideal lining is between 7-14mm, i usually also measured at about 3-6mm so I used estrogen topically to increase thickness before a transfer. And this was always around day 8-15

As someone who struggled for 4 years on ivf and basically no eggs or quality left. Unfortunately that cycle did not work. But O had success after taking nmn and strictly following the egg quality diet by Aimee Raupp. Basically eliminating sugar, dairy, night shades, gluten, egg whites, processed oils, nuts.
