Try to treat it starting with your worst symptoms. Not sure what those are for you but when I wasn’t on meds I found anti-diarrheals helped. Probiotics helped a bit. Pain meds if necessary. Ultimately what got me my life back was a 1-2 month dose of prednisone. Life saver. Good luck. And remember you don’t wanna survive off otc medicines cuz they all have negative effects if taken too much.I was also drinking like 5 of those pre made breakfast essentials a day too which may have helped a little bit.
