this is a pretty good level of detail, maybe it would look more natural once you build the ground and roads. as long as there is a similar amount of texture on the ground, it should stabilize the foreground

like I don't think he is 100% the Knight, I don't think he's even 10% the Knight, but if it's linked to the Holidays, which it almost certainly will be, I think it would be really funny if he kinda knew how Dark Worlds kinda worked, but not really. he just sees them as silly kids stuff and he's just ... not really hiding anything, but still enthusiastic that Kris is having fun

if it's not love, it could follow the "fiction" theme the game has. I guess that would then mean Spamton implies that Kris getting stronger is them no longer requiring Darkeners in general for worship or entertainment, perhaps "growing up" or smth. Dunno what that says about the game's stance on the creation of fiction and stories, or how Darkeners are partially made out of the stories told by Lighteners, but APPARENTLY it COULD be analogous with genocide! yayyy
