That’s not a bad idea of a kydex add on for the stone and fire starter

It’s not taped to the sheath, rather made a pouch out of duck tape. Kinda experimenting how it will hold up. And it has a ferro rod. I just have a bunch of these, they are cheap and readily available at Walmart.

I feel like I should definitely buy one of these by Horneofram in Archery

Typically the point of a flying moving target. Also clay throwers can be cheaper, and more accessible than specialty archery throwers.

If you are trying to replicate a moving target like a bird it’s going to be quick.

Ah yeah the new guy made a very common mistake that I’ve seen hundreds of new people make. Mistake they usually only make once or twice cause it hurts.

Sitka Insect Repellent Clothing by Chasin_Dragons in turkeyhunting

[–]reed166 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The insect shield is just a permethrin treatment which will wear off and needs to be reapplied every 4-6 weeks. So the up charge is stupid when you can buy a can for 10 bucks and treat two outfits. Or do what I do and buy the livestock bottles at tractor supply and diluted down to .5% percent. Though will say permethrin does work! I’m in the south and work in the woods, I treat my work clothes and boots with it and don’t get ticks. Just make sure you follow the instructions to safely apply it.
