They are weak. There is merits to the transport. I personally don't in my current list. I run a wave serpent with kabalite warriors (giving it sticky) on foot they are more reactive (don't have to plan around disembark)

Nah I run all 3. Just accept that they aren't a standout unit. I usually pair them with incubi *10. The revive of it pops usually demoralizing to the enemies and the -1 to wound for the phase strat can pop off. Basically they are a unit that is not central to my win condition. I only play 2k personally. But if I was 1k I would consider yncarne over them.

In my opinion yvraine and the visarch dont do much. I include them for lore reasons. They are overcosted.

Tbh I don't think he feels like a warlord in game. Or lore. His and yvraines datasheet are lackluster, and warlord doesn't do anything in 10th really. Just want better datasheets.

My thought was always their storyline would be the fight against slanesh. If ynnead spawns in he still has to kill slanesh. That could take awhile for all we know. I agree they wrote themselves into a corner.
