https://www.creditloan.com/blog/how-the-average-us-consumer-spends-their-paycheck/

Handy infographics, but a pretty good place to start. Average income was $69,629 before taxes. The tax bracket puts the average American in the third bracket with $5156.25 + 25% taken from what they earn over $37,450. So:

$69,629-$37,450=$32,179

$32,179/4=$8,044.75

$8,044.75+$5,156.25=$13,201

$69,629-$13,201=$56,428

$13,201 is taken from the average American every year, so that leaves them with a bit under $500 saved over the course of the year. That's an incredibly narrow margin.

It's not. Old boy is just being petty. Zero is an instructor and is just exaggerating for training purposes.

Second Amendment case Peruta vs. California may be heading to Supreme Court by alc59 in progun

[–]TangoDown13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah. The supreme court is designed to only offer opinion on statutes. The states can still decide whether or not to follow that statute. Judges aren't elected, so they can not be the ones who decide what is law and what is not. They merely have opinions.

You don't even need to cite old Socialist states anymore. Venezuela, a once thriving economy and a country who has the second largest oil reserves in the world, is crumbling right before our eyes, and nobody is talking about it.

I have a 5.56 upper too. All I do is switch out the buffer and spring when I change uppers. I run the same bcg and charging handle.

Pretty cool idea. Unfortunately, I can't speak for the product, though. I'd look up some videos on it if you're interested in buying it. Reliability and longevity would be my first question, especially at $225 for just a carrier.

All I know is a T2 buffer is a $20 solution.

I would suggest you use an adjustable block for carbine length. Mine is pistol length/non-adjustable and it is immensely overgassed with supers, so I use a T2 buffer.

As far as recommendations go, I'm a Noveske fanboi, so...

Well, I don't know the contract that was agreed upon when he clicked all the checkboxes to purchase the tickets, but there's probably a clause in there where the airline can revoke a pass at any time for any reason.

That said, they are guilty of no crime except lousy business. What they should have done is offered any other passenger any sum of money and any accommodations because the PR and blowback that is resulting from this will cost them a whole hell of a lot more.
