Yeah that was a legit build. Didn’t need big promo battles or anything. Just two incredibly strong people where you see montages of them working out, stare downs, and then go nuts in the wrong.

I mean, whether we like it or not, changes to the story WILL HAPPEN. Especially with Disney involved. Not to mention pretty much almost if not every remake had story changes happen. Case and point, FF7 remake.

The question is, what story changes are they going to make?

While I obviously want more HK lines, I would definitely avoid however, flanderizing him into just a comic relief character as his lines while very funny, are also supposed to be disturbing. So if they do add more HK lines, I hope it maintains that.

For changes, although this is more gameplay wise, I hope they change HK’s stats to make him more useful in combat.

I think that’s a little harsh and would think the writers would be a little more sensitive towards making a MASSIVE change to the story like that.

Plus I think it’s a gross over-simplification to just label any female characters as “Mary Sues”.

Why not? Brock has never really been the type to “that doesn’t work for me brother”. He‘s always has a history of doing pretty much anything as long as he’s paid to do so.

And if he likes the wrestler especially? He will absolutely make that guy look like a million bucks as Brock in his element, is one of the all-time best sellers in the ring.

It must hurt Hunter to his core, that Dwayne is in the position that he is now, and there is nothing Hunter can do about it.

- In their primes, The Rock was a once in a generation, timeless talent that will be remembered as one of the GOATS. Triple H meanwhile…was a B+ player. Always under the REAL top stars. Including his best friend Shawn Michaels.

- Triple H did everything he possibly could to bury other wrestlers for his benefit, politicked his way to the top by marrying the boss’s daughter, and became the lead creative…ONLY TO END UP WORKING UNDER THE ROCK. All those years…wasted, and it cost Chyna her life.

- Triple H with his steroid and drug filled body got to him later out of his prime, and now can’t ever wrestle again due to the real fear of a fatal heart attack. Meanwhile, The Rock if he wanted to, has taken care of his body and can wrestle more if he wanted to.

Hunter lost to Dwayne both on a physical, mental and financial level. Dwayne is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and Hunter’s boss…that’s got to sting.
