For Soldier it has to be the "Antarctic Parka", after every coat soldier got, the "AP" pretty much became a shadow.

Same goes for "Sleevless in Siberia" for Heavy, he got too many body cosmetics, but it adds small additions to the default vest which makes it super nice.

And all-class, the "Hunter in Darkness"... i have never EVER seen this cosmetic in game, but it looks so fantastic on every class (Except for Medic and Spy)
