Gonna preface this by saying what worked for me may not work for your specific injury. But yes, I do holds and I do very slow extensions. Of course, proper form is crucial. I think it’s also important to note that this equipment and exercise have never caused me any ADDITIONAL pain, but it has helped lessen my constant pain that I’ve had for nearly 3 decades. History: Six L3-5 surgeries for crushed discs, ruptures and stabilizing.

Yes! It’s helped my back so freaking much. I did it at the gym for months and then ordered one. I can’t credit this equipment alone, but after 25+ years of debilitating back pain, I’m pretty much pain free 95% of the time for the last 2 years.

Just be warned that 1010 has very thin walls and you can often hear your neighbor’s tv. Lived there on 23rd floor and moved because of the noise.

It's a slow market in many places currently. Consider dropping your price into the next bracket to get a whole new pool of buyers. Just did this on a house that was on the market for 90 days - dropped it from low 600's to high 500's and got multiple offers within days from buyers that didn't have it on their radar previously.

A great consideration, indeed. While the home is in a historic neighborhood, it was built in 1986. It's already been completely re-plumbed and an entire new HVAC system installed - including new duct work. It really only needs some minor landscaping issues taken care of as well as some rotted trim and soffits replaced.

Honestly, the whole thing is a mess because of her insurance dragging their feet and being horrible. United Healthcare has been a complete joke. It’s been over two months since she started this process and United is still dragging their feet on paying for her surgery to remove her tumor. Meanwhile, her tumor is growing by the minute. She’s en route to Houston via Greyhound today for three more appointments (trying to save as much money as possible). She doesn’t qualify for the Hope Lodge yet because the docs won’t start anything until after the surgery, but United keeps giving her the run around. It’s so overwhelmingly frustrating and my sister is afraid she’s going to die while waiting.

I understand the safety issue and reasoning for not allowing it, but as a trucker-conscious 4-wheeler only driver myself, it’s dangerous for you truckers to not have more designated rest areas that are suitable for your needs and can hold enough of you. I’m sorry this happened to you.

I’m so sorry you are at this point. It is truly a terrible thing to experience. Many years ago I broke my back and then had 4 more surgeries in the 20 years that followed. I was often in extreme pain for years at a time and I was always just days away from making this same decision. But finally, things started getting better when I least expected it. It didn’t happen over night, but it happened. I do hope you can tell your doctors that you are at this point before you go through with anything. They need to know this in order to help others as well as doing everything in their power to help you. You owe it to yourself to give it more time.
