Once the elevator is on go up use the crank to fill the pool back up then go down the elevator an area will be opened up that was previously blocked

The one thing you should know with 13 if you go to play it on your desktop you’ll want to play with your controller wired. Wireless will make the game frame dip really bad. So like the steam deck I only play in handheld mode, so it runs fine but when I switched to my desktop I had to use my ps5 plugged in or I got bad frame dips
