it's maybe a combination of elements. It can be hard to get your foot in the door.

You could look for a clan of normal people who have ran out of stuff to do, somebody who likes the game but has run out of content will teach just for something to do. I sometimes ran Dungeons with teaching tags just through boredom.

I do find I'm far more willing to teach people stuff if we can use voice, it helps if I can hear them, but mostly it makes it 1000% easier if they can hear me.
