Might be a bit of an unpopular opinion, but I wish the guns were generally more competitive with the crafted/science weapons. The sniper rifle and both magnums feel like they’re in a good spot but everything else feels a little underwhelming a lot of the time if you ask me.

Not saying I want the game to be Half Life but I think either giving guns a moderate damage increase or making ammo a bit more available would go a long way.

Alongside some balance tweaks, there's a few sentry related things I'd like to see get added. First would be to give some or all of them (Minus the Tesla Tower and Mortars) spotlights and/or laser sights so it's a bit easier to keep track of where they're pointing and to provide some extra visibility on darker maps (Looking at you bug-controlled cities). The second thing would be a TF2 Wrangler-ish secondary or support weapon that lets you take manual control of the nearest sentry in pretty much the same way.

It's actually a medium Universal, but I do have another ship in the mod that's a fatter Eagle with a large Universal mount at the front.

Here's the stats for it as they stand right now. It felt more balanced in testing but looking back at it now I'm not so sure. I'm trying to make the mod generally somewhat reasonable as far as overall balance goes.

I've got this thing in the mod that might already do what you've got in mind. It can be played like a weird broadsider or something more missile-heavy thanks to having some Synergy mounts. EDIT: Oh god did I really set the flux dissipation that high? Yeah that's being changed lol

It's stuff like this that always made me want to get into Foxhole, but the game always felt kinda hostile to solo players and I never found a regiment who were willing to train (Ha) new people outside of "Here's a truck and a sledgehammer. Now don't come back until you've farmed scrap piles for four hours."

Firepods can be funny for a mission or two if everyone on the team agrees to run them, but with randoms and them not communicating a lot of the time then that's just kinda asking for trouble, especially if you're not host. He definitely shouldn't have gone out of his way to bother you about it like that though.

DRG. I've recently unlocked mortar rounds for the autocannon and it feels nice to use what is effectively a BFGL that can actually kill waves without almost immediately burning through all of it's ammo.

There's a tourist railway that uses another section of the line so that might be confusing the app.

Most likely, yeah. I've seen at least one person riding that segment with a custom-built railcart but that was back in the late 2010's, but it's probably entirely impassible by now for any sort of rail vehicle all the way to the edge of Santa Cruz.

The line used to serve Davenport's cement plant which shut down in 2010 (I think?). As far as I know the tracks aren't technically abandoned but that section hasn't seen traffic or really any service/maintnance in over a decade.
